This alloy is mainly used for manufacturing compressor discs, blades, drums and other parts of aircraft engines, and can also be used for manufacturing aircraft structural components. adopt α+β Zone thermal deformation and α+β The maximum long-term working temperature of TC11 alloy obtained through zone heat treatment is 500 ℃. The semi-finished products produced include bars, forgings, die forgings, and castings.
