The National Development and Reform Commission held a press conference for

accelerating independent innovation, and resolutely winning the battle for key
core technology research.
At the same time, the National Development and Reform Commission will
strengthen domestic exploration and development of important energy and mineral
resources, as well as increase storage and production; Accelerate the
construction of a modern logistics system; We will improve the multi-level risk
monitoring system, ensure early detection, early reporting, early research and
early disposal of risks, and effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of
the Supply chain security of important industrial chains.
In terms of forging long plates, the National Development and Reform
Commission will consolidate its leading position in traditional advantageous
industries. We will accelerate the revision and promulgation of the Guiding
Catalogue for Industrial Restructuring (2023 version), deepen the implementation
of the action plan to enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing
industry, promote the joint restructuring of key industries such as iron and
steel, and accelerate the Digital transformation of traditional industries.
The National Development and Reform Commission will also vigorously develop
new industries, new forms of business, and new models to create new competitive
advantages; Strengthen the overall layout of productivity in petrochemical and
